Accounts and associated rights are personal and may not be transferred or assigned without Numora's prior written consent.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact Numora promptly using the contact information in these terms so we can take appropriate action to secure your account.

Numora may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms or for operational, security or legal reasons. Suspension may affect scheduled bookings and services.

Services provided

Numora provides retirement sanatorium accommodations, wellness care programs, health and lifestyle activities, and associated booking and support services. Program descriptions on vdrift.digital explain scope, duration and any medical or participation requirements.

Numora may modify program offerings, schedules, pricing or service components. Changes will be communicated via the website, booking confirmations or direct communication prior to implementation when reasonably practicable.

Program availability is subject to operational capacity, staffing and regulatory conditions in Singapore. Availability shown on the website is indicative and final confirmation occurs at booking.

User rules and conduct

All participants and users must comply with a set of rules intended to ensure safety, respect and regulatory compliance while using Numora services.

• Follow staff instructions and published safety procedures at all times during program activities.
• Provide truthful information when registering and during medical or wellness assessments.
• Respect the privacy, dignity and property of other guests and staff.
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive or illegal behavior on Numora premises and during organized activities.
• Use facilities and equipment only for their intended purpose and in accordance with posted guidelines.
• Report any health changes or concerns to Numora staff promptly to allow appropriate care planning.
• Comply with local health and safety regulations and any specific rules tied to individual programs.

User content

Users may submit reviews, comments, photos or other content in connection with services. Submissions must comply with these terms and applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license you grant Numora to use that content as described below.

By submitting content, you grant Numora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute and display the content for purposes related to service provision, promotion and website operation.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. Numora does not accept content that infringes third-party rights, contains personal data without consent, or is unlawful.

Numora may remove or refuse to display content that violates these terms or applicable law. You may request removal of your content and Numora will review such requests in accordance with its policies.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the site, branding, text, images and materials are owned or licensed by Numora. Use of site content is permitted only as expressly authorized by these terms or with prior written consent.

Prices listed are in Singapore dollars and include specified components. Any taxes or mandatory fees will be identified at checkout. Pricing errors may be corrected and confirmed at time of booking.

Payment methods and processing are described at checkout. Payment must be received in full according to the terms stated. Payment information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Where subscription-based services are offered, renewal terms, billing intervals and cancellation options will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled in line with the specific booking terms and consumer protection laws. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the specific program terms.

Cancellation terms vary by program and will be provided at booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees consistent with the published policy.

Applicable taxes and government charges, if any, will be applied in accordance with Singapore law and displayed during the booking process.

Numora reserves the right to adjust prices for future bookings. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings except where expressly stated in the booking terms.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of bookings or suspension of access to services. Numora may pursue outstanding amounts in accordance with applicable law.

Medical and fitness disclaimer

Information provided by Numora is for general wellness and accommodation guidance and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns and follow any medical recommendations prior to joining programs.

Limitation of liability

Except as required by law, Numora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Liability for direct damages is subject to applicable statutory limits and the specific terms of any booking agreement.

Third-party services and providers

Numora may engage third-party providers for services such as medical assessments, transport or specialised therapies. Third-party providers are responsible for their own services and compliance; Numora exercises reasonable oversight but is not responsible for all acts or omissions of third parties.

Termination

Numora may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, safety concerns, non-payment or other legitimate operational reasons. Users may terminate their account in accordance with the account settings and applicable booking terms.

Termination may result in loss of access to account data, cancellation of future bookings and potential forfeiture of pre-paid fees in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policies.

Communications

By providing contact information you consent to receive service-related communications, booking confirmations and administrative notices. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

Dispute resolution
